2 tbsp. salad oil 1 c. chopped onions 1 c. chopped green pepper 1 tbsp. curry powder 1 tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/4 c. ketchup 8 to 10 frankfurters, sliced crosswise Saltine crackers Heat oil. Add onions and green pepper and saute for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add curry powder and flour. Gradually stir in milk, cheese and ketchup. Heat until bubbly. Add sliced franks and simmer 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with crackers. 6 to 8 servings. |
