LEMON DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. ground nuts
1/4 lb. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. instant lemon puddings
3 c. milk

Mix together flour, nuts and butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown, about 25 minutes.

Beat together 8 ounce cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.

Prepare 2 small instant lemon pudding using only 3 cups of milk. Spread on top of whipped mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
