LEMON (OR CHOCOLATE) DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 carton (9 oz.) Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 pkgs. instant pudding (lemon or chocolate)

Mix crust ingredients and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 carton of Cool Whip together until smooth. Spread on cool crust.

Mix pudding with milk on low speed until thickened. Spread over layer of cheese filling. If you use lemon pudding, add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Top with remaining 1/2 carton of Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
