1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Blend; press in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool. 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip

Blend and spread over crust.

Spread over cream cheese filling. Top with Cool Whip and nuts. 1/2 recipe for 8 x 8 inch pan.
