ORANGE BUTTER FROSTING 
1/4 c. soft butter
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. fresh orange juice

Cream butter until fluffy. Add orange rind, egg yolk and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Mix in 2 teaspoons fresh orange juice or enough to make frosting of spreading consistency.
