1 pkg. (6 oz.) orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 sm. can frozen orange juice
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
1 can (9 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
1 pkg. lemon pudding OR vanilla pudding
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange juice and chill until slightly set. Add oranges and pineapple. Mix and let set. Combine pudding and whipping cream and put over salad for topping.
