1 tbsp. oil
3 lg. onions, diced
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. ketchup

Saute onions in oil. Cover in small skillet for about 10 minutes or until soft. Add oregano and ketchup. Cook on low, cover 15 minutes.
