PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 5 slices white bread, cubed (fresh bread) 1 can #2 crushed pineapple, well drained Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add well, drained pineapple and bread. Bake in 2 quart greased casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be made day ahead. Store in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature. Delicious with ham as side dish. |
