CHICKEN/SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
6 med. potatoes 1 frying chicken, cut up 1 1/2 lb. med. sausage 1/8 c. oil SEASONING MIX: 1 tsp. oregano 1 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper Peel and cut potatoes in 1/2 inch slices. Arrange in casserole to cover bottom. Sprinkle half of seasoning mix over potatoes. Brown sausage and cut into small slices. Arrange over chicken and potatoes and sprinkle rest of seasoning. Pour oil over all ingredients. Cover and bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour or until chicken and sausage are browned. |
