PEACH CREAM CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. vanilla pudding
6 tbsp. butter
2 eggs

TOPPING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches (save juice)
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix butter, flour, pudding, salt and baking powder. Add eggs and milk. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Arrange peach slices on top of cake batter. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and 7 to 10 tablespoons of reserved juice. Beat well and spread evenly over cake batter and peach slices.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until edges are golden brown. Cool and chill. Serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
