PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
Vegetable oil
Season salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. shredded cheese
1 can French fried onions

Brown chops in oil and salt and set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 of the onions. Arrange in baking dish with chops on top. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake uncovered for 5 minutes. NOTE: This dish can be prepared ahead of time for company.
