2 eggs
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

(1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 cup nuts to sprinkle on top of cake)

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. On top of the cake spread the brown sugar and nuts. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk

Mix all together and pour mixture over the hot cake.
