BANANA SUNDAE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sliced bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients except bananas in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until smooth, stirring occasionally. Stir in bananas. Serve warm over vanilla ice cream or pound cake. Yield: 2 cups.
