BANANAS WITH RHUBARB SAUCE 
1 c. honey
1/4 c. water
1 lb. fresh rhubarb, cut in 1 inch pieces
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
6 bananas, sliced

Combine water and honey in saucepan; bring to boil. Add rhubarb. Cook, covered, over medium heat until tender. Remove from heat; stir in cinnamon. Chill. Serve over sliced bananas.
