CREAMY COLE SLAW 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 med. red onion
1 sm. carrot
1 sm. green pepper
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. half and half
1-2 tbsp. cider or wine vinegar
Pinch paprika
Pinch nutmeg
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Grate cabbage, onion and carrot in a large bowl; set aside. Finely chop green pepper and add to cabbage mixture. Combine remaining ingredients and add to cabbage-onion mixture, stirring gently to coat vegetables with dressing. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
