CREAMY SUMMER SLAW 
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
Seasoning salt to taste
1/2 sm. cabbage, finely shredded (about 4 c.)
2 sm. zucchini, thinly sliced (about 2 c.)
2 sm. yellow squash, thinly sliced (about 2 c.)
1 onion, chopped

In large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients, using wire whisk; beat until blended. Add cabbage, zucchini, and squash; toss with dressing to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
