BARBECUED TURKEY DRUMSTICKS 
4 drumsticks (about 1 lb. each)
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Arrange in skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Add water. Cover tightly, simmer, turning occasionally, 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Add water if needed.

Heat oven to 425 degrees. In oven melt butter in baking pan, 9 x 13. Place meat in pan turning each to coat with butter. Bake uncovered 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Mix catsup, brown sugar, mustard, and nutmeg. Pour over drumsticks. Bake uncovered 15 minutes longer.
