OVEN BARBECUED TURKEY LEGS 
4 turkey drum sticks, or thighs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
6 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/2 c. bottle chili sauce
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops smoke flavoring; optional

Wash and dry turkey pieces. Blend flour, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Dredge turkey with this mixture. Heat oil in heavy frying pan. Add turkey and brown evenly on all sides over medium to high heat. Stir together marmalade, chili sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and celery seed. Put meat in shallow baking dish. Spoon chili mixture over evenly. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until turkey is tender. Baste once or twice with sauce in bottom of pan.

Pretty good recipe. Not sure I'm a huge fan of turkey legs except at Disney World. I substituted brown sugar for the marmalade because I didn't have any. I used asian chili sauce and it was much spicer than anticipated.
