ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
2 boneless uncooked chicken breasts, cut in bite-sized pieces
1 c. toasted almonds
1 head Chinese cabbage, shredded (NOT bok-choy)
5 scallions, chopped
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 pkg. Oodles of Noodles, chicken sesame flavor

Place sesame seeds and almonds on pan bake at 350 degrees until toasted. Saute chicken in a little oil and sesame oil from soup mix. Break up noodle soup (uncooked) and marinate all ingredients in dressing overnight. (Noodles will become soft.) May be kept in refrigerator several days.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 seasoning packet from soup mix

Mix above together.
