BUTTER FINGER COOKIES | |
4 c. Quick Quaker Oats 1 c. butter 1 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. peanut butter 3/4 c. chocolate chips Melt butter and mix oats and both sugars. Spread in 9x13 pan. Pat down. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Cool about 15 minutes, then spread peanut butter on oat mixture. When cool, soften chocolate chips and spread on top of peanut butter. When chocolate is set cut pieces to desired size. |
