PEANUT BUTTER FINGER COOKIES 
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. oats
1 c. flour

Cream shortening, sugar and egg. Add vanilla, peanut butter, sift flour, soda, salt, add to mixture. Add oats, blend well. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 to 4 tbsp. milk or more if needed

Mix together, drizzle over cookies while still warm. Cut into squares when cool.
