FINGER PRINT COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
2 egg yolks unbeaten
Any kind of jelly

Mix all ingredients except jelly. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Form dough into flattened balls the size of a walnut. Make a depression in each with finger, fill with jelly. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes about 24 cookies.
