BUTTER TARTS 
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. seedless raisins
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/3 c. butter
4 tbsp. whipping cream
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 frozen pie crust

Beat eggs; combine with next five ingredients. Boil at medium heat for 3 minutes. Add nuts. Fill pie crust and bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

Variation: Cut out circles of pie crust to put into buttered or greased muffin pans.
