VENISON OR MOOSE STEW 
2 lb. venison or moose meat, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. canned tomatoes or 2 fresh tomatoes

No need to brown meat first. Put meat in casserole and add other ingredients and mix. Cover and bake 2 hours at 325 degrees. Cubed potatoes and sliced carrots may be added before baking.

AWESOME! Easy to prepare and so VERY GOOD! I didn't have the dry onion soup mix but added a bit of chopped onion and garlic and worked great! I also marinated the venison in Italian Dressing overnight.
