FRIED CHICKEN 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. potato chips (2 c. crushed)
2 to 3 lb. frying chicken
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper
1/3 c. butter, melted

Combine chips, garlic salt and pepper. Dip chicken in melted butter, roll in chip mixture. Place pieces, skin side up in shallow pan. Bake at 375 degrees 1 hour. Do not turn.
