ANNE'S FRIED CHICKEN 
4 c. crushed potato chips
Freshly ground pepper
2 beaten eggs
3 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. crushed oregano
1/4 c. minced parsley
1 stick butter
8 breasts of chicken

Combine potato chips, pepper, parsley, and oregano; spread small amount at a time on waxed paper; combine eggs with water and dip chicken into it, then into dry mixture; place chicken pieces in greased Pyrex dish and cover with melted butter; bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
