QUICK MEATLOAF 
2 lb. hamburger
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 slices bread, crumbed
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix altogether.

2 qt. V-8 juice

Make hamburger into patties. Place in skillet add V-8 juice. Start with 1 quart at a time and add juice as needed. Cook until juice thickens and meat is tender. Can be served with rice or macaroni.

Very good and quick.
