EMPANADOS 
CRUST:

1 lb. butter, soft
4 c. flour
1 lb. cream cheese, soft

FILLING:

3 lbs. hamburger or turkey
3 tbsp. flour
1 pack Chili-o
Chopped onions to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/3 c. water

CRUST: Mix ingredients until you can form a dough. Roll on floured surface and cut in shape of circle. Set aside until ready to fill.

FILLING: Brown meat and drain. Add rest of ingredients. Mix and fill round dough with 1 to 2 tablespoons of filling. Fold round shape dough over filling into a half moon shape and close with fork around edges. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
