ROLLED MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 slice bread, torn into pieces
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

In medium bowl, blend ground beef, eggs, bread, onion, chili sauce, thyme and salt. On wax paper, form meat mixture into 8x12 inch rectangle. Spread broccoli over meat, leaving 1 inch around edges. Sprinkle cheese over broccoli. Roll like a jelly roll, starting with short end. Press seam and ends to seal. Place roll in an ungreased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from pan and let stand for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
