BROCCOLI SALAD 
4 tsp. wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. powdered garlic
6 oz. softened cream cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 lg. eggs
1/4 c. corn oil
6 c. chopped broccoli
2/3 c. black raisins
3 tbsp. chopped red onion
12 slices fried and crumbled bacon

Combine vinegar, salt, cream cheese, garlic, sugar, mustard, and pepper in a blender; blend well. Add eggs to mixture; blend. Add corn oil and blend. Chill overnight.

Place broccoli, onions, raisins, and bacon in salad bowl. Pour the dressing over and stir to coat.
