BROCCOLI SALAD 
6 c. fresh chopped broccoli
1/2 c. raisins
2 tbsp. chopped red onion
12 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Cut up 6 cups fresh broccoli (use mostly flowerettes). Add 1/2 cup raisins, 2 tablespoons red onion (chopped up), and 12 slices cooked bacon, crumbled.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. vinegar
3 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash of pepper
Dash of garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. oil
1 raw egg

Mix in a blender. Pour over salad ingredients just before serving and toss.
