CHICKEN & ARTICHOKES 
2 cans artichoke hearts
3 c. cooked chicken
2 cans mushroom soup
2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients for bread crumbs and butter. Use bread crumbs and butter for topping. Bake in greased casserole at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Serves 10.
