POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 can cream of chicken coup
8 oz. sour cream
1 roll Ritz Crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 stick butter, melted

Mix chicken, sour cream and soup together; pour into casserole dish. Mix poppy seeds, butter and crackers. Spread on top of chicken mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
