POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
40 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Poppy seed

Cook chicken until done. Cut into chunky pieces. Mix soup and sour cream. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter. Grease casserole dish. Layer chicken, soup and sour cream mixture and crackers. Shake poppy seed on top. Bake at 325 degrees 30 minutes or until done.
