POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 chicken breasts, boiled and cubed
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter
Poppy seeds

Mix chicken, sour cream, lemon juice and soup. Put into casserole dish and liberally sprinkle crackers and poppy seeds over top. Drizzle butter over this and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
