QUICK QUICHE LORRAINE 
1/4 lb. bacon
1 c. onion, sliced
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 slightly baked pie shell
1/2 c. Grape Nuts cereal
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. grated cheese

Fry, drain and crumble bacon into pie shell. Saute onion until tender and drain. Combine all remaining ingredients, add onions to mixture and pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand a bit before slicing.
