QUICK FRANK QUICHE 
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
6 oz. frankfurters, sliced
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Press 2 rolls onto the bottom and sides of 4 (5") tart pans. Sprinkle half the onion and all the meat along the crust. Top with cheese. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, parsley and 1/4 teaspoon salt, pour over cheese. Place on baking sheet for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onion 5 minutes before done. Serves 4.
