MANICOTTI 
1 lb. Italian sausage
12 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/3 c. cheddar cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley flakes

Crumb and brown Italian sausage. Cook manicotti for 10 minutes - firm. Mix together sausage, cheeses, eggs, salt and parsley flakes. Stuff into cooked shells. Put spaghetti sauce on bottom of dish. Place manicotti on sauce and then pour remaining sauce on shells. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
