MANICOTTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. yellow onion, chopped
2 cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. manicotti shells
1 lb. hot sausage
2 c. ricotta cheese
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning

Brown ground beef, sausages and onions with seasoning. Drain fat. Add 1 can tomato sauce and simmer. Mix ricotta cheese and garlic powder to taste. Sparingly! Cook shells according to directions.

Rinse and drain. Stuff shells with meat sauce and alternately with cheese. Arrange in baking dish and cover with 2nd can of tomato sauce. Heat in oven until bubbly. Serve with hard rolls and salad.
