CHICKEN CASSEROLE #1 
2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
10 oz. frozen peas, thawed (optional)
1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
1 can celery soup or cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing

Prepare package of Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Layer half of the stuffing on bottom of pan and other half on top of chicken mixture or put all stuffing on top of chicken mixture. Mix peas or water chestnuts with soup and lemon juice and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
