SOUFFLE 
1 c. chopped precooked ham
5 slices, buttered and cubed, white bread
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
Pepper, onion powder to taste
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In a greased flat Pyrex dish combine in layers day before if possible and refrigerate. Start with bread cubes, then ham, and cheese alternating. Finish with bread and cheese on top. Mix eggs and milk and dry ingredients together and pour over bread. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in 325 degree oven.

Sauce:

1 cup white sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. fresh sauteed mushrooms
