ORANGE AND PINEAPPLE SALAD 
Orange and Pineapple Salad for 10:

2 cans mandarin oranges (11 oz.)
2 cans pineapple chunks or tidbits (20 oz.)
Orange juice
4 pkgs. tapioca Pudding

Drain mandarin oranges and pineapple juice and save. Add enough orange juice to make 6 cups liquid. Combine juice and pudding. Cook until thick. Cool 1 hour and add fruit. Serves 10.

Orange and Pineapple Salad for 5:

1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz.)
1 can pineapple chunks or tidbits (20 oz.)
Orange juice
2 pkgs. tapioca Pudding

This is the same recipe as above, with the quantities halved; prepare as above. Serves 5.
