BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked & drained
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. soda cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Drain vegetables and put in a 2 quart casserole. Warm the cream of chicken soup and cheese together. Pour over the vegetables. Bake 20-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serves 8-10.
