PECAN COFFEE CAKE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla TOPPING: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. pecans Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add flour, soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix well. In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients. Place 1/2 the cake batter in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan; sprinkle on 1/2 the topping; pour remaining batter on top, then sprinkle remaining topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
