PECAN UPSIDE DOWN COFFEE CAKE | |
1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. Karo light or dark syrup 2 tbsp. butter 2 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 egg 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla Mix pecan syrup and butter in ungreased round pan (9 inch). Spread to cover bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingredients; beat 30 seconds. Spread over pecan mixture. Bake about 30 minutes. Run knife around edge to loosen. Immediately invert on heat-proof platter. |
