PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI CAKE | |
3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3 eggs 2 c. sugar 2 c. grated zucchini 1 tsp. baking soda 4 tsp. baking powder 1 c. oil 2 tsp. vanilla 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. raisins Beat eggs and add sugar and oil. Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, zucchini, nuts and raisins. Spoon into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. |
