ZUCCHINI - PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
2 c. grated zucchini 3 eggs 1 c. Crisco oil 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 c. pecans pieces 1 c. crushed pineapple 3 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Blend all ingredients thoroughly and pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. |
