SPANISH CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bell pepper
3 stalks celery
1 bunch green onions
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. season-all
1 pkg. grated Swiss cheese
1 pkg. grated American cheese
1 lg. onion
1 1/2 lbs. med. shrimp
1 bag dressing mix, lg., Pepperidge Farms
1/2 bag instant potatoes
Black pepper
1/2 stick butter
Salt

Chop seasoning fine. Saute in butter. Add dressing mix with water. Cook for about 15 minutes. Add season-all.

In separate skillet saute ground meat. Pour dressing in greased casserole dish. Spread layer of ground beef, spread layer of cooked potatoes over beef. Salt to taste. Mix cheeses and spread over potatoes. Brown in oven 350 degrees about 10 minutes.

Note: Crab meat, ground beef or meat of your choice can be substituted.
