SPANISH TURKEY CASSEROLE 
4-6 c. chopped, cooked turkey
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can each cream of chicken & mushroom soup
1 pkg. white tortillas
1 chopped Jalapeno
Grated Cheddar

1. In a bowl mix soups, add turkey and mix.

2. Butter casserole dish lightly.

3. Place 1 layer of tortillas then add 1/2 of the meat mixture, 1/4 cup peppers and 1/2 of the onions and 1/2 the cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese on top. Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with chips.
