SPANISH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork & veal or pork & beef, cubed
1 onion, diced
3-4 long pieces celery, cut up
1 green pepper, cut up
1 can cream corn
1 can chicken or beef soup
2 c. noodles

Fry meat and onion until nicely browned. Add celery, pepper, corn and soup. Let simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Add a little water if it is too thick. Par boil noodles about 5 minutes. Blanch and add to above mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
